Excellent service from Ben at Seastack Mechanical. Ben demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and work ethic throughout the entire job. His response time was very quick, and he was a pleasure to work with. Although I had mistakenly omitted some of my requirements in the original work order, Ben did not hesitate to return to my home a second time to ensure everything was completed exactly as I wanted. What impressed me most was that he never asked for any additional payment, even though the extra visit was clearly beyond the original scope of work. His positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He made sure every aspect of the job was completed to a high professional standard. I am extremely satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

A Premium Bathroom Is Won Or Lost At Rough-In
By the time the tile is on, every decision that matters has already been made. Carrier height. Valve depth against finished wall thickness. Whether the drain is where the designer drew it or 40 mm off. Whether there is a serviceable route to the thermostatic cartridge, the sensor transformer, the steam generator. None of that can be corrected later without opening a wall.
This is the whole argument for using a plumber who works to the drawings rather than to habit. A fixture package can cost more than a car, and it will still perform like a builder-grade bathroom if the rough-in was set by eye.
- Set out from the designer’s elevations, not from standard rough-in heights
- Finished wall thickness confirmed before any valve body is fixed
- Concealed carriers squared, levelled and blocked to take full load
- Service access planned for every concealed cartridge, transformer and generator
- Pressure and flow checked against the fixture schedule before anything is ordered
- Shop drawings, cut sheets and submittals where the project needs them
What We Are Brought In To Do
Luxury Bathrooms & Ensuites
Multi-outlet shower systems, freestanding tub fillers, wall-mounted basin sets, concealed cisterns and heated floors, co-ordinated with the tile and the cabinetry rather than against them.
Custom Shower Systems
Thermostatic valves, multiple outlets, body sprays, rain heads and digital controls — sized to the water the house can actually supply, not to the brochure.
Steam Showers
Generator sizing, location and drain, steam head placement, and the serviceable access that most steam installations are missing a year after handover.
Smart Toilets & Bidets
Tempered supply, GFCI power and the carrier or floor rough-in that a skirted or wall-hung smart toilet needs, planned before the wall closes.
High-End Kitchens
Pot fillers, filtration and sparkling-water systems, instant hot, touchless taps, double and triple undermount sinks, and the appliance connections behind them.
Specified Fixture Brands
We order through our trade distributor accounts, so the correct part number arrives the first time and the warranty is registered properly. GROHE work has its own section.
How We Work On Specified Projects
Most high-end bathrooms have three or four parties with an opinion and one plumber who has to make all of it fit. We would rather be in that conversation early than inherit it late.
- Fixture schedule reviewed against supply, drainage and venting before ordering
- Clashes flagged in writing, with an option, rather than solved quietly on site
- Permits and inspections handled as part of the work, not as an afterthought
- Owner-supplied fixtures installed; we will also supply and quote
- Written quotes with the scope boundaries stated plainly
Where We Work
From our base in Langley, across the Lower Mainland:
Questions We Are Asked
When should a plumber be brought into a high-end bathroom or kitchen project?
Before the drawings are final. Valve depth, carrier height, drain position and whether the house can supply the fixtures are all decided at rough-in, and changing them after tile means opening walls. We work with designers and builders while the fixture package is still being chosen.
Do you install fixtures the client or designer supplies?
Yes. Most of the premium projects we are brought into use trade-supplied or designer-specified fixtures. We review the specification sheets before rough-in so the rough-in matches the exact models.
Which areas do you cover for high-end plumbing?
Langley, Surrey, White Rock, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Burnaby, Vancouver, the North Shore and the rest of the Lower Mainland.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Seastack Mechanical is a licensed and insured plumbing and mechanical contractor, and we pull permits where the work requires them.
Bring Us In Before The Wall Closes
Send the drawings and the fixture schedule. We will tell you what fits, what does not, and what the rough-in has to look like to make the finished bathroom behave the way it was designed to.
