Ordered through the trade, not off a shelf
We install and service Grohe fixtures across Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and the Greater Vancouver area — residential bathrooms and kitchens, and commercial washrooms.
Grohe internals are proprietary. Cartridges, sensor modules and thermostatic elements do not cross over to Moen, Delta or American Standard, and the wrong guess on a service call means a second visit and a second invoice. We order through our trade distributor accounts, which gets the correct part number the first time, trade pricing, and the warranty paperwork registered properly.
If you have already bought the fixture, we will install it. If you would rather we supply it, we will quote it.

Why the rough-in matters
Grohe concealed and wall-hung systems are set before the wall closes. Carrier height, stud spacing, valve depth and the finished wall thickness all have to be right at rough-in, because after tile there is no adjustment left. Sensor taps need the transformer or battery housing located somewhere a service technician can actually reach.
That is the part homeowners do not see, and the part that costs money to fix later. We set it properly the first time.

Service and warranty
Seastack Mechanical installs GROHE faucets and shower fixtures, backed by our own written workmanship warranty. Any applicable GROHE manufacturer’s warranty covers the product separately, subject to GROHE’s applicable warranty terms and eligibility requirements.

- Manufacturer coverage is GROHE’s own and is subject to its warranty terms and eligibility requirements
- We register the product with the manufacturer at installation where registration is offered
- Service parts ordered through the distributor, with the model and cartridge identified before the visit
- Existing GROHE fixtures serviced, whoever installed them
- Licensed and insured, Langley and the Lower Mainland
