If you're not satisfied with our workmanship, call us back — we'll return and make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction isn't optional, it's our standard.
Price Guarantee
The price quoted is the price you pay. We don't add charges after the job is done. If the scope changes, we discuss it with you first — you approve it before we proceed.
Workmanship Warranty
Our labour is warranted against defects in workmanship. If a plumbing installation we completed fails due to our work, we return to repair it — covered, no charge.
Workmanship Warranty Coverage
- ✅All labour and installation work performed by Seastack Mechanical technicians
- ✅Pipe connections, fittings and joints installed by our team
- ✅Fixture installations — faucets, toilets, showers, valves and other fixtures we installed
- ✅Drainage and excavation work completed by our team
- ✅Hydronic and heating system installations performed by Seastack
Warranty period: 1 year on labour from date of completion for standard service work. Specific warranty terms for larger renovation and installation projects are documented in your written quote.
Not Covered by Workmanship Warranty
- Manufacturer defects in materials or fixtures (covered by manufacturer warranty)
- Damage caused by third-party interference, misuse or modifications
- Normal wear and tear on mechanical components
- Issues caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of work
- Damage from events beyond our control (flooding, freezing, acts of nature)
Note: Materials are often covered by separate manufacturer warranties. We can help you navigate a manufacturer warranty claim on parts we supplied.

At Seastack Mechanical, we don’t just finish a job; we stand behind it. Our reputation is built on precision, and our guarantee is designed to give you total peace of mind from the moment we break ground to years after the final fixture is polished.
1. Our Workmanship Guarantee
We take immense pride in our craft. Seastack Mechanical provides a [1-Year] Limited Warranty on all labor and workmanship.
- What’s Covered: If a component we installed fails due to an installation error (such as a leak in a pressed joint or a failing mortar joint), we will return to repair it at zero cost to you.
- The Standard: All work is performed to meet or exceed BC Plumbing Code and local municipal standards.
2. Manufacturer’s Warranties
While we install only the highest-quality mechanical systems and fixtures, the physical products (boilers, smart valves, faucets, pumps) are covered by their respective manufacturers.
- We will provide you with all necessary documentation to register your products.
- In the event of a product defect, Seastack Mechanical will act as your advocate to help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
3. Excavation & Foundation Protection
Due to the nature of underground work and soil conditions in the Pacific Northwest:
- Settling: Our excavation work includes professional compaction; however, minor soil settling is a natural occurrence and is not covered under workmanship.
- Waterproofing: Our foundation coatings are guaranteed to be applied according to manufacturer specifications to ensure a seamless moisture barrier.
4. Deposits & Cancellations
To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and equipment to your project:
- Material Deposits: Deposits for specialized materials (custom stone, luxury fixtures, boilers) are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
- Project Scheduling: We require [48-72] hours notice for the cancellation of scheduled labor. This ensures our crew and equipment (like excavators) can be redeployed efficiently.
5. What is Not Covered
To maintain a fair relationship with our clients, our warranty does not cover:
Work performed or altered by a third party after Seastack Mechanical has completed the install.
Damage caused by “Acts of God” (earthquakes, extreme flooding beyond system design).
Normal wear and tear or owner-neglect (e.g., failing to winterize a hose bib or flushing improper items down a drain).
