If you're not satisfied with our workmanship, call us back — we'll return and make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction isn't optional, it's our standard.
Price Guarantee
The price quoted is the price you pay. We don't add charges after the job is done. If the scope changes, we discuss it with you first — you approve it before we proceed.
Workmanship Warranty
Our labour is warranted against defects in workmanship. If a plumbing installation we completed fails due to our work, we return to repair it — covered, no charge.
Workmanship Warranty Coverage
- All labour and installation work performed by Seastack Mechanical technicians
- Pipe connections, fittings and joints installed by our team
- Fixture installations — faucets, toilets, showers, valves and other fixtures we installed
- Drainage and excavation work completed by our team
- Hydronic and heating system installations performed by Seastack
Warranty period: 1 year on labour from date of completion for standard service work. Specific warranty terms for larger renovation and installation projects are documented in your written quote.
Not Covered by Workmanship Warranty
- Manufacturer defects in materials or fixtures (covered by manufacturer warranty)
- Damage caused by third-party interference, misuse or modifications
- Normal wear and tear on mechanical components
- Issues caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of work
- Damage from events beyond our control (flooding, freezing, acts of nature)
Note: Materials are often covered by separate manufacturer warranties. We can help you navigate a manufacturer warranty claim on parts we supplied.

We Assess the Issue
We'll review what was done, determine if it falls under workmanship warranty and arrange a return visit at no charge if it does.
We Make It Right
Our technician returns, corrects the issue and confirms everything is working properly before leaving. No charge for covered warranty work.
