For Best Results

  • Include mechanical sheets only — we don't need architectural or structural drawings unless referenced
  • Label sheets clearly by system (plumbing, HVAC, piping) and floor level
  • Include the project address, jurisdiction and applicable code edition in your email
  • Note the scope requested — take-off, review, modular strategy or value engineering
  • Share your target turnaround date upfront — we'll confirm if we can meet it
  • View-only PDF links (Google Drive, Dropbox) are our preference for large drawing sets

How long does a take-off take?
Most residential or small commercial take-offs are delivered within 24–48 hours. Larger multi-system projects are quoted with a specific turnaround date.
Do you work on US projects?
Yes — our consulting desk serves contractors across the US and Canada. We're familiar with major US mechanical codes and can work across time zones.
How is pricing determined?
All engagements are fixed-fee, quoted per project after reviewing your drawings. No hourly billing, no retainers — you know the full cost before we start.

Builders, developers, and property managers can submit plans to Seastack Mechanical for plumbing and mechanical review, quoting, and consulting. Send us your blueprints and we’ll respond with next steps within 12 hours.

Submit your blueprints securely via upload portal. We accept files shared through Procore, Google Drive, and Dropbox secure nodes. Share your project folder or individual files with support@seastackmech.ca and we will confirm receipt and respond within 12 hours.
