What We Accept
We work with all standard mechanical drawing formats. View-only or shared access preferred where possible.
For Best Results
- Include mechanical sheets only — we don't need architectural or structural drawings unless referenced
- Label sheets clearly by system (plumbing, HVAC, piping) and floor level
- Include the project address, jurisdiction and applicable code edition in your email
- Note the scope requested — take-off, review, modular strategy or value engineering
- Share your target turnaround date upfront — we'll confirm if we can meet it
- View-only PDF links (Google Drive, Dropbox) are our preference for large drawing sets
After You Submit
Acknowledgement
We confirm receipt of your drawings within one business day and flag any missing information needed to proceed.
Scope Review
We review the drawings, confirm the scope of work required and prepare a fixed-fee quote with a turnaround date.
Your Approval
You approve the quote and turnaround — no work begins until you've confirmed. No obligation to proceed after quoting.
Deliverable Sent
Your take-off, review report or strategy document delivered digitally in your preferred format on the agreed date.
