Recent Builds & Project Highlights
1. Custom Kitchen & Bath Modernization (Langley, BC) We recently completed a full plumbing overhaul for a 1990s home in Walnut Grove. This project involved moving main stacks, installing a custom curbless walk-in shower, and upgrading the kitchen to support a high-end chef’s island sink.
2. High-Efficiency Mechanical Upgrade (Surrey, BC) A “total system” refresh for a residential property. We replaced an aging, leaking hot water tank with a state-of-the-art Navien Tankless Water Heater. We also installed a whole-home water filtration system to protect the new infrastructure from mineral buildup.
3. Multi-Unit Basement Suite Conversion (Abbotsford, BC) Supporting a local homeowner in creating a legal rental suite. We handled the entire rough-in process, ensuring all drainage and venting met strict municipal codes for secondary suites.
