  I recently hired Seastack Mechanical to replace a shower in my basement suite, including demolition of the old shower, plumbing rough-in, slab work, and installation of a new shower system. They also completed a separate project upgrading the home’s main water shut-off valve. From the beginning, Benneth from Seastack was very responsive, polite, and an excellent communicator. He provided a very competitive quote that clearly outlined the project scope and included costs, such as labour, materials, and timeline expectations. I sent numerous emails and questions throughout the planning process to ensure I fully understood the work and expectations. Benneth was always quick to respond, professional in his communication, and very patient in answering my questions. This project involved some complexities related to the existing structure and ceiling height, and he worked through those issues carefully to achieve a professional result. I appreciated that communication remained open throughout the process and that any questions or concerns I had were addressed respectfully and professionally. Benneth was also consistently on time and kept me updated regularly as the project progressed. It was clear he took pride in his work and was committed to making sure the final installation was completed properly. The finished shower looks great, feels solid, and the overall quality of the workmanship was very good. The main shut-off valve replacement was also completed professionally and gave me confidence that the plumbing system was updated properly and safely. The previous plumber from one of the big companies can’t compare, and if compare, the former plumber instantly becomes “heartless”, perhaps careless, and expensive!
