Your seller has a few weeks and a list from the pre-inspection. We deal with the water heater, the Poly-B note, the slow drain and the tired fixtures before the photographer arrives.
Designers And Custom Builders
You have a fixture schedule and elevations. We set the rough-in out from your drawings, flag clashes in writing, and install trade-supplied or owner-supplied fixtures.

Questions We Are Asked
Can you quote a renovation from photos?
For most fixture and bathroom work, yes. For re-piping, drainage or anything behind finished walls we will want to see the house before the price is fixed.
Do you install fixtures we supply?
Yes. We install owner-supplied and designer-supplied fixtures, and we can also supply through our trade distributor accounts if you would rather have one invoice.
Do you take on repeat work for investors and realtors?
Yes. Repeat clients get the same person, the same quote format and the same standard on every house, which is the point of having a regular plumber.
