What it is
Rapid SL is a steel carrier frame that bolts to the studs and carries the full weight of a wall-hung toilet, with the cistern concealed inside the wall. The only visible controls are the flush plate on the wall face, which doubles as the access panel.
What it does for your home
The floor under the toilet is completely clear. A mop goes straight under it, and there is no porcelain foot to clean around — which in a family bathroom is a real, daily difference rather than a styling point. It also buys back a few inches of floor in a small powder room.

What it needs to be installed properly
The frame is bolted to the studs and must be set square, plumb and at the right height before the wall closes. Seat height is fixed at that moment and cannot be changed afterwards without opening the wall. The wall has to be able to take the load, which is the part a general renovator sometimes misses.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Excellent in bathrooms being taken back to the studs. Not practical as a straight swap in a finished bathroom, because the wall has to come open either way. If you are tiling anyway, this is the moment to decide.
