What customers say
4.9 average customer rating
★★★★★
Excellent service from Ben at Seastack Mechanical. Ben demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, and work ethic throughout the entire job. His response time was very quick, and he was a pleasure to work with. Although I had mistakenly omitted some of my requirements in the original work order, Ben did not hesitate to return to my home a second time to ensure everything was completed exactly as I wanted. What impressed me most was that he never asked for any additional payment, even though the extra visit was clearly beyond the original scope of work. His positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He made sure every aspect of the job was completed to a high professional standard. I am extremely satisfied with his service and would not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Plumbing In Mission: What Comes Up Most
Mission is a hillside town. Most of the housing climbs the slope north of the Lougheed, from the older streets near downtown up through Cedar Valley and Hillside to the newer subdivisions, and that geography shapes the plumbing. Water pressure varies street to street, pressure-reducing valves are common and often overdue, and drainage has to deal with water coming downhill from above rather than sitting in the yard.
The older downtown and Hatzic homes bring the usual 1960s and 1970s issues: galvanized supply, cast iron drains and original water heaters well past their service life. Out toward Steelhead, Silverdale and Dewdney, properties run on wells and septic, so pressure systems and filtration are part of everyday work.
Typical Mission Jobs
Pressure-reducing valve replacement · water heater replacement · Poly-B repipes in 1980s and 1990s homes · perimeter drainage on sloped lots · well pump and pressure tank service · water filtration
Permits
The District of Mission requires plumbing permits for new fixtures, drain alterations and water heater swaps. We handle the permit and inspection on that work.
