Plumbing In Delta: What Comes Up Most
Delta is three communities with different plumbing. Ladner and Tsawwassen sit on low, flat land near the river and the sea, where the water table is high, perimeter drains and sump pumps matter, and older homes have the drainage problems that come with wet ground. North Delta, in Sunshine Hills, Scottsdale and Annieville, is largely 1960s to 1980s housing on the slope, where the recurring work is original supply lines, Poly-B in the later homes, and water heaters at the end of their lives.
