The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Additionally, entrants must be homeowners or renters with a plumbing issue at a residential property within the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley service area of Seastack Mechanical.
However, employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Seastack Mechanical Ltd. are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
First, follow: You must follow the official @seastackmechanical account on Facebook (facebook.com/seastackmechanical) and/or Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Unfollowing before the draw voids your entry.
Next, photo: Snap a clear photo of a real, current plumbing problem at your home — examples include a leaky faucet, clogged drain, running toilet, low water pressure, burst pipe, or similar issue. Photo must be original and taken by the entrant.
Then, direct message: Send the photo via Direct Message (DM) on Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM to the official @seastackmechanical account. Entries submitted by any other method (comments, tags, email, etc.) are not valid.
Furthermore, entry period: Each weekly contest entry period runs Monday through Thursday. Entries received after Thursday will be entered into the following week’s draw.
Limit: Finally, one (1) entry per person, per household, per weekly draw period. We discard duplicate entries.
The prize consists of one (1) on-site plumbing service visit, up to 60 minutes of labour by a licensed Seastack Mechanical technician, addressing the issue shown in the winning entry photo.
Additionally, basic parts required for the fix (up to $50 CAD retail value) are included. Parts exceeding this value are the winner’s responsibility and will be quoted separately prior to work commencing.
However, the prize is valid for service within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley service area only. Travel surcharges may apply outside Langley, BC.
Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of winner notification. Unredeemed prizes will not be re-drawn or compensated.
Prize has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged, substituted, or combined with other offers.

As a result, any entrant may be disqualified at Seastack Mechanical’s sole discretion for any of the following:
Limitation of Liability: Seastack Mechanical is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of technology preventing entry or notification.
Additionally, cancellation / modification: Seastack Mechanical reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time without prior notice, including changes to prize value, entry period, or draw frequency, due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Furthermore, no affiliation: This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook / Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc. All contest inquiries should be directed to Seastack Mechanical, not to Meta.
Moreover, publicity: By entering, you grant Seastack Mechanical a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share your photo (with personally identifying information removed) on its social media channels and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
In addition, taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. No tax receipts will be issued.
Finally, governing law: This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Disputes: However, parties must resolve any disputes exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. By entering, you waive your right to bring a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Severability: If any provision of these rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Personal information collected through contest entries (name, DM handle, address upon winning) is used solely for administering the Contest and delivering the prize.
Additionally, Seastack Mechanical will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for prize fulfilment (e.g., technician scheduling).
However, entry photos may be shared on Seastack Mechanical’s social channels in an anonymised or cropped format. Identifiable content (faces, addresses visible in photos) will be removed before sharing.
Furthermore, data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after the relevant draw, then deleted, unless required for legal purposes.
Therefore, entrants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@seastackmech.ca.
