After the walls are closed and the tile is set, the “Finishing” phase begins. For this luxury residence in Morgan Creek, we were responsible for the final installation of all plumbing showroom fixtures. This stage requires extreme attention to detail, as high-end finishes like matte black, brushed gold, and polished nickel are sensitive and require specialized handling to ensure a flawless, scratch-free result.

The Solution:

Finishing is more than just “screwing on a faucet”; it’s the final quality control for the entire home’s plumbing system.

• High-End Fixture Installation: We installed a suite of designer fixtures, including widespread faucets, freestanding tub fillers, and wall-mounted lavatory taps that require perfect horizontal alignment.

• Custom Kitchen Commissioning: Integrated a professional-grade workstation sink with a high-arc pull-down faucet, a matching pot filler over the range, and a built-in chilled/boiling water dispenser.

• Master Ensuite Focus: Set a 300lb stone freestanding bathtub, ensuring a perfect seal on the floor-mounted filler and a high-flow drainage rate for quick emptying.

• Final Pressure & Function Test: Beyond aesthetics, we performed a final flow-rate calibration on all showers and aerators to ensure the homeowner experiences the perfect balance of water pressure and conservation.
